Our standard international shipping time typically varies between 5 – 20 working days depending on the destination country and on how fast customs in your country processes the package. A FAULTY ITEM?
If you have received a faulty item (for e.g. if the power bank does not charge) we will require you to send through a video of the item as proof to our address (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will then be able to proceed with further information on what to do next.
